FIRM PROFILE
The Law Offices of Shalom Rubanowitz is dedicated to the efficient, high-volume
processing of all aspects of foreclosures, evictions, and bankruptcy matters, as
well as the first class representation of its clients in all areas of real
estate and title litigation throughout the Western United States, including
Hawaii.
The firm was established to independently serve our local and national clients
with a high degree of quality personal service, while meeting our clients' needs
in multiple jurisdictions. We are consistently aware that our clients must meet
strict timetables and investor-based guidelines, and thus we avoid delays by
processing all matters in-house from our principal headquarters in California.
We do not outsource our clients' matters to third parties. We are licensed to
practice in almost every State and Federal Court in the Western United States,
and maintain direct involvement with all our clients' files from start to
finish.
We maintain a carefully selected network of local attorneys and vendors for
purely local activities (such as court appearances, process service, and
foreclosure sale administration) which assures the cost-effective and efficient
handling of routine matters. We maintain a staff of highly-trained paralegals
and utilize state of the art computer technology, allowing us to offer rates
that are among the most competitive in the states we serve.
By independently serving our clients through the most efficient in-house
professional tools available, we can truly offer "one-stop shopping" for our
clients' default-related and legal needs. They are assured of high quality
service and personal attention, whenever and wherever those needs arise.
